Having taught for 12 years, Rosie utilises her experience to devise programmes that cater for the individual - enabling clients to progress in a measured and sustainable way.
Her focus is on making exercise varied and enjoyable to help clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals, whatever they may be. To further enhance results, Rosie also has extensive knowledge of healthy eating with a wealth of experience in creating ‘clean’ meals and treats to compliment any fitness programme.
Rosie is currently studying to attain the Level 3 qualification in Pre & Post Natal Exercise. As a new mum herself, she was inspired to specialise in this field and is aware of the challenges that clients can face - time, self-image, tiredness to name a few! Having studied extensive new research, Rosie will be able to help clients to train safely whether they are new to exercise or working towards a pre-pregnancy training goal.
