HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Exercise classes are a great way to increase the intensity of your workouts whilst ensuring proper form and technique performed under an instructor’s supervision. We offer a variety of classes that focus on strength and endurance, but we are always wanting to progress in the gym and look to add more classes in time.
