BRUTE FORGE – April 26th
Forge Strength and Fitness is holding its first Strong Man competition BRUTE FORGE. If you train in strong man or just want to test out your strength and try something new, register and take part. Entry is £35pp and include a T-shirt on arrival. The day will be split into 4 events:
15m yoke carry into max axel deadlift
Sand bag round to shoulder into log clean and press
Keg carry into farmers carry into sandbag carry
Stone over yoke
Ending with a car deadlift that anyone is welcome to everyone to try (£5pp for non competitors)

The Forge Hybrid Games are back!
After an amazing turn out at last year’s Charity Hybrid games, we have decided to bring them back and make it bigger.
Team’s of Male/Male or Female/Female partner’s will battle it out over 3 zones:
