With prices starting from as little as £10.00 per session, you can achieve your goals faster by having one-on- one sessions with one of our exercise professionals.

After an initial assessment to outline targets and timelines, we will tailor each workout to meet your specific goals, taking into account current fitness levels, previous injuries and any limitations. We will always be available to give advice on training away from the gym and tips on nutrition to complement your training, and you will have full support from the trainer during the sessions which will be designed to be progressive, challenging and fun.
