ROB – OWNER & PERSONAL TRAINER
Rob has a vast knowledge of exercise in various populations ranging from sports performance to exercise rehabilitation. After spending 4 years at Northumbria University to achieve a BSc in Sports Science and an MSc in Clinical Physiology, Rob treats everyone is an individual when it comes to health and fitness, and understands that a bespoke training plan needs to be used for every client depending on various factors.

Rob enjoys using a number of different exercise methods to help clients reach their goals whilst keeping the workouts enjoyable, goals orientated and progressive.

RACHEL – PERSONAL TRAINER & FRONT DESK (Senior Team member)
Rachel is a female only personal trainer that specialises in beginner/intermediate strength training.

Here to help develop your confidence in the gym, Rachel can guide you through using all the equipment and free weights correctly and safely and will be there to help you acknowledge what you are capable of.

Having worked her way from a complete beginner to qualifying for the British Masters Powerlifting Competition in just 4 years, and more recently qualifying as a British Powerlifting Level 2 coach, she knows how to help you achieve your best through exercise and nutrition specific to your goal.

ANGUS – PERSONAL TRAINER (Senior Team member)
Angus is a highly qualified Personal Trainer/Strength & Conditioning coach with a huge amount of experience.

Angus started his career out as academy S&C for Wales Rugby League. During this time with WRL Angus was S&C for WalesU16’s, U18’s and U20’s. After two years in this role Angus progressed to assistant academy S&C coach for the Cardiff Blues for another two years.

Over the four years spent working with athletes Angus was also a coach and personal trainer at Dragon Crossfit Cardiff, coaching weightlifting, Crossfit, strongman and fitness classes such as HIIT and bootcamp. Alongside this Angus also had personal training clients in which he helped achieve their fitness goals through training and nutrition.

OWEN – PERSONAL TRAINER (Senior Team member)
Owen joined the team in October 2021 as a brand new qualified personal trainer.

Owen has been training since 2015, so is very experienced in using a gym and being able to help others when training. Owen can provide all kinds of workouts to suit different people’s needs and deliver a variety of exercises to keep you keen and motivated so you can maintain your training for longer and become a better version of yourself.

In August 2022, Owen competed in his first competition – The Dorset Strongman Classic and took the win, so is highly experienced in strength training.

PAUL – PERSONAL TRAINER
As an Exercise Referral Personal Trainer – Paul believes improving your functional fitness is the key to ensure exercise longevity and to help maintain balance, coordination and muscular strength.

Improving muscle density and motor skills is essential, especially as you increase in age.

All training sessions can be tailored to the individual, taking into account any past/current injuries and health concerns.

BEN – PERSONAL TRAINER
Ben is a personal trainer who has a wealth of knowledge in both strength training and conditioning, and has over 10 years of experience training himself to play rugby.

Whether your goal is to get stronger, fitter or lose fat, Ben can cater to a wide variety of clients needs. He also focuses on building confidence and motivation to be able to get out on your own and train independently.

Ben has also recently done a course in nutrition so can support you in making positive changes towards a healthy lifestyle.

HAYLEY – PERSONAL TRAINER
Hayley is a mum of 3, has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years running her own health, fitness and dance business. Hayley loves the buzz exercise gives her and how she can share that with clients.

“What I love about my my job is enabling and helping people make themselves feel great and achieve what they want”.

Hayley’s passion is to help others achieve the best quality of life, by focusing on making their life worth living for the better. Hayley enjoys making people feel uplifted, positive and to find the strength to believe in themselves.

RILEY- PERSONAL TRAINER & FRONT DESK
Riley has over six years of fitness training at only the age of 20, possessing extensive knowledge of the human body and all aspects of health, fitness and sport.

He has studied health and fitness throughout school and college, obtaining a diploma in sports science. Paired with his experience in sport and in a gym/fitness environment he boasts a charismatic and motivating character who leads by example and pushes people past their boundaries and limits.

Riley has future plans of competing in both bodybuilding and powerlifting, continuously pushing himself to reach his full potential, which he passes onto others.

Riley would be a suitable trainer for anyone, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. He will teach you to be resilient, persevering and will empower you to believe in yourself.
