We recognise that everyone requires a bespoke personal training programme to fit around everyday factors to effectively reach their goals. So whether you’re looking to train for an event, lose weight, improve muscle mass or simply become more active and improve your confidence in the gym, we can design exercise sessions and workout programmes that fit around you. With prices starting from as little as £17.50 per session, you can achieve your goals faster by having one-on- one sessions with one of our exercise professionals.

After an initial assessment to outline targets and timelines, we will tailor each workout to meet your specific goals, taking into account current fitness levels, previous injuries and any limitations. We will always be available to give advice on training away from the gym and tips on nutrition to complement your training, and you will have full support from the trainer during the sessions which will be designed to be progressive, challenging and fun.

Book a Taster Session: Some of our trainers have some taster sessions available. Please be aware that these sessions are separate to your membership. They are to be paid for directly to the Personal Trainer. If you need to cancel, please allow 24hrs notice otherwise a cancellation fee will apply (subject to the individual trainer).
